PURPOSE:To enhance transfer efficiency, by regulating an angle contained by a line joining the center of a photosensitive drum and the end point of the region undergoing the action of a transfer electric field, and a line joining said center and the point at which a transfer sheet leaves the drum, in the range of 0-25 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A toner image 5 formed on a photosensitive drum 1 by charging 2, exposure 3, and development 4 is transferred onto a transfer paper 6 with a transfer charger 2. Conventional peeling of the sheet has been done at the line joining a peeling point B and the center O of the drum 1, but in this invention method, the sheet is peeled at a point B', and an angle theta contained by the line OB' and a line joining the center O and the end point A of the region undergoing an electric field for transfer is controlled in the range of 0-25 deg. to enhance transfer efficiency. |
