PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated molding having good appearance at low cost by a method in which a thermoplastic resin plate extruded from an extruder is soon doubled with another thermoplastic resin plate to form a laminated plate, and the laminated plate is molded into a box form. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin as an intermediate layer is compressed, melted, and extruded from the die 14 of an extruder 14 to form a plate 16. The plate 16 whose temperature is kept higher than the melting temperature of the resin is put between plates 18 supplied through supply rolls 19 and then pressed by pressing rolls 20 to form a laminated plate 1. A necessary amount of the laminated plate 1 for one-time molding is sent out by stock rolls 22 and rolled and deformed by closely contacting it with a mold 5 and a fixed tool 25 and introducing vacuum pressure into the chamber by opening a pipe 9 to manufacture a box-like laminated molding. |
