PURPOSE:To obtain insulated coil which has excellent electrical, mechanical and thermal properties by a method wherein wet-type aromatic polyamide paper is immersed in solution of synthetic resin and after being dried by heat is lapped over coil conductor and the wrapped conductor is inserted into a mold and formed by heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:Wet type aromatic polyamide paper which contains water soluble resin (solution of synthetic resin) is dried by heat and its moisture is made evaporate and the contained resin is put to the pre-stage of hardening. The paper thus prepared is lapped over coil conductor and the lapped conductor is inserted into a mold and formed by heat and pressure. Resin families such as polyester resin family which is composed of anhydrous trimelitic acid, terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, epoxy ester resin family which is composed of anhydrous trimelitic acid and propylene glycol and polyesterimide-family which is composed of anhydrous trimelitic acid, di-amino-di-phenylmethane, polyethylene terephthalate and beta-hydroxy-ethyl isocyanelate are used as the water soluble resin. |
