The turbine, for using gaseous fuel, has a combustion chamber, a compressor for supplying air to the combustion chamber, a gas supply for supplying gaseous fuel to the combustion chamber, and sparking plugs igniting combustible fluids in the combustion chamber. A power output is drivable by the resulting combustion gases. The gas supply arrangement comprises at least one nozzle for directing gaseous fuel into air supplied into the combustion chamber in a direction towards the region of the sparking plugs for igniting combustible fluids. The nozzle directs fuel against the direction of flow of at least part of the air with a higher velocity than the flow of the air adjacent to the nozzle.
