摘要 The spark-gap stack is formed by a plurality of annular electrode elements (11) which are arranged at a distance from one another and are mounted on a rod (2) which consists of resistance material, preferably voltage-dependent semiconductor material. Each electrode element (11) is provided with a downwardly pointing projection (3) which forms an air gap (4) with the electrode element (11) located underneath it. Each electrode element (11) is firmly clamped to the rod (2) by means of clamping tongues (12). These clamping tongues (12) are bent out of the plane of the electrode element (11) in the direction of the rod axis (2a), to be precise alternately upwards and downwards. The electrode elements (11) are firmly hooked onto the rod (2) by means of these clamping tongues (12) and their position is thus fixed. In addition, the electrode elements (11) are electrically conductively connected to the rod (2) via these clamping tongues (12). The rod (2) is used on the one hand for retention of the electrode elements (11) and on the other hand as control means for the spark gaps (4). Specifically, that part of the rod (2) which is in each case located between adjacent electrode elements (11) forms a control resistor for the spark gap (4) which is fixed by these electrode elements and in parallel with which this control resistor is connected. <IMAGE>
