PURPOSE:To uniformly pack raw material particles into the cavity of the molds of an expansion molding machine by providing a specific hole mechanism for a core vent throug which steam is flowed alternately into a steam chamber and a cavity only near the raw material packer in the molds of an expansion molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A cavity mold A and a core mold B are closed together and then a decompression device 50 is actuated to make a steam chamber b a negative pressure, whereupon a specific hole mover 41 provided near a raw material packer C is sucked up to become t=0. Under the condition, a raw material particles is pneumatically packed into the cavity. Thus, the raw matrial particles can be uniformly packed into the cavity without causing any bridging phenomenon near the raw material packer C. When steam is supplied from the steam chambers a and b onto the face of the cavity 30, it is supplied through an aperture t in a hole 42 drilled in the specific hole mover 41. |
