PURPOSE:To reduce noise and vibration upon idling and running by a method wherein a hub and a flange are coupled through a spring and a thrust plate, acting at a first step, and the thrust plate, acting at the second step, are arranged. CONSTITUTION:Protuberances 5 at the inner periphery of the flange 4 are inserted between the protuberances 3 of the hub 2 and the springs 6 are arranged therebetween. The second thrust disc 16 is arranged between the first plate 13 and a sub side plate 8 while the third thrust plate 17 is arranged between the sub side plate 8 and the second plate 15. The fourth thrust plate 18, arranged at the outside of the second plate 15, receives the energizing force of a disc spring 19 and is abutting against a pusher plate 20 provided on the hub 2 slidably in the axial direction thereof. Accordingly, the spring 6 and the fourth thrust plate 18 are acting in the first step wherein the transmitting torque is small and a torsional angle may be obtained so as to be big while the second and third thrust plates 16, 17 are acting after the second step and the amount of hysteresis may be obtained so as to be big. |
