The conduit heat-insulation device is for use at exposed points, e.g. unions and expansion joints (13). The device comprises an internally-insulated sleeve (14) with end walls and flanges (18) on the outside around central openings (17), through which the conduit passes. - Around the outside of each flange is an elastic component (19) clamped at the other end around the outside of the conduit (10).
