PURPOSE:To provide an atomizing and dispersing device for fluid which disperses >=1 kind of other liquid particles extremely finely and uniformly in one liquid by connecting >=1 pair of paired elements wherein right-hand spiral plates and left-hand spiral plates are joined alternately orthogonally and inserting and arranging these in a hollow pipe. CONSTITUTION:An atomizing and dispersing device for fluid is constituted by arranging the above-mentioned paired elements as, for example, duplex pairs, tripplex pairs or simplex pairs and duplex pairs, as shown in the figure, into a circular or square pipe by leaving constant intervals. It is possible to reduce the average particle sizes of tge particles to be dispersed by <=1/10 and to extend the time till separation by several tens times as compared to conventional mixers by using such atomizing and dispersing device for fluid. |
