It is made up of a hollow bar (A) having openings aligned longitudinally over two of its opposing sides and of a slide (B) mounted so as to slide on the bar. The slide is held in a predetermined position on the hollow bar by means of a locking rod (f) passing through the slide and the hollow bar via one of its openings.
