PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistant and current collecting capacities of the captioned compound trolley line by integrating stainless steel U-shaped mold strips with alloy conductors which are made of aluminum or the like, and are provided with grooves at both sides and sliding surfaces at an opening section of said stainless steel strip, thereby constituting a compound trolley line. CONSTITUTION:Conductors 1 and 11 are a trapezoid member and a circular- shaped member having grooves 3 and 13 at both sides respectively. U-shaped mold strips 2 and 12, which are made of stainless steel, are provided with ear- shaped grooves 4 and 14. Both strips 2 and 12 are fitted over to the outside surfaces of the conductors 1 and 11 and mechanically fastened to the conductors, the sliding surfaces 5, 15 of which are designed to play a role of opening section. The ear-groove 4 or 14 of the strip 2 or 12 as well as the groove 3 or 13 of the conductor 1 or 11 must be properly molded in such a way that they are firmly fitted into each other. These ear-groove sections are designed to install a hanger ear and fit the strip 2 or 12 over the outside surfaces of the conductor 1 or 11 so that they may not be separated from each other. |
