PURPOSE:To manufacture a sprinkler hose free of clogging by a method in which while a synthetic resin is extruded into a tubular form, an impregnable strip material of small width, e.g., a nonwoven fabric, etc., is integrally bonded with the inner surface of the tubular synthetic resin and a large number of small holes for sprinkling water are drilled on the outer surface of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A hose body 1 is molded by the cross-head mold 5 of an extruder 4, and at the same time a nonwoven fabric 2 is inserted into the cross- head mold 5 in such a way that it can be orderly and integrally bonded with the inner surface of the hose body 1 by means of press rolls 6. Then, small holes 3 for sprinkling water are drilled in sequence on the outer surface of the hose body 1 bonded with the nonwoven fabric 2 by means of small hole-drilling rolls 7. |
