When a dental turbine or hand-piece stops operating, the suction control upstream of the tool draws back the water of the spray up to the supply conduit. Now, most often, this water is contaminated and will contaminate said supply conduit. A sterilized turbine or hand-piece coupled to said conduit will be in turn contaminated. This disadvantage may be avoided by providing the water conduit (1) or spray of the turbine or hand-piece with an anti-return or check device comprising a ball (3) mounted on a closure spring (4).
