摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To maintain the waste water from an aeration tank always at constant quality by detecting the pressure value of an air feed pipe to the aeration tank or the liquid amt. value in the tank, controlling the injection of an antifoaming agent into the tank in accordance with this and regulating the amt. of the liquid in the tank and the residence time of the waste water. CONSTITUTION:The air 13 fed from a blower 14 passes through an air feed pipe 11 and is diffused by an air diffuser 16 as foam into an aeration tank 1. A pressure detector 5 is provided in the middle part of the pipe 11 to detect the air pressure in the pipe 11. This detector 5 and an antifoaming agent injector 8 which injects an antifoaming agent 15 into the tank 1 are interlocked and the increase and decrease of injection rate of the agent 15 of the device 8 is regulated by the detected pressure of the detector 5, whereby the amt. of the liquid in the tank 1 is controlled. Namely, the pressure range corresponding to the adequate liquid amt. in the tank 1 is beforehand determined with respect to the respective rates of air feeding, and the rate of injection of the agent 15 of the device 8 is controlled in accordance with the detected pressure of the detector 5.</p>
