PURPOSE:To remove uncomfortableness at the time of engine start along with the removal of complexity through a manual operation of an operator by controlling the number of revolution of a fan be means of a signal from a sensor detecting the temperature of cooling water supplied to an air conditioning heater and detecting the temperature insid the vehicle room. CONSTITUTION:In the case where internal temperature is lower than the setting level, and the output of an operational amplifier 66 is at an H level, causing the engine cooling water temperature to become high to allow a water temperature switch 2 to be turned on when an automatic control setting switch has been turned on, the output of an inverting circuit 73 rises to H level so that only the output of a NAND circuit 67 drops to L level to allow a diode 64 and also diodes 77, 78 to be turned on. Then, electric potential on the non-inverting input side of operational amplifiers 33, 35 is lowered to that of the earth side, causing the output of amplifiers 33, 35 to drop to L and the non-inverting input side 4 of an amplifier 45 to be turned off, thus allowing resistance 80 to be removed and voltage V3 to become V3' to be increased up to a prescribed level, further allowing the voltage V3 to be supplied to the amplifier 45 to cause a fan motor 12 and a blower 13 to rotate at moderate speed. |
