PURPOSE:To eliminate the dispersion in the specific gravity of moldings by a method in which a raw material is packed into the cavity under the condition that an air-drawing aperture is provided between a cavity mold and core mold, and the raw material is again packed into the cavity while releasing air from the aperture and through an exhaust valve from the steam hole of the mold. CONSTITUTION:A cavity mold A and a core mold B are clamped together under the condition that an air-drawing aperture d is provided between both the molds, and an expandible thermoplastic resin particle is packed in one stage into a cavity 30 from a raw material packer C, whereupon air present is escaped from the aperture d and released through a core vent 23 provided in an inner mold for core and also an opening 25 in the exhaust valve 24 of a box frame 21 for core toward the outside. At a stage when the raw material particles are packed into a rising portion 30', both the molds A and B are closed together, a sucker 50 is actuated to decompress the inside of the core mold B, and raw material is further packed in the second stage. |
