PURPOSE:To shorten the whole operating time, and to save resources, by measuring an operating state of each apparatus like time series at a constant interval of period, and always controlling each apparatus so that all the apparatus can be stopped simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:When a material 8 is thrown in through a material throwing-in port 13, a throwing-in material number counter 4 counts the number of thrown-in materials. The material 8 is worked on a line 11, and a finished-product 9 and a defective 10 are divided into a finished-product discharge port 14 and a defective product discharge port, respectively. A finished product number counter 5 and a defective product counter 6 count the number of manufactured complete products and the number of defectives, respectively. Also, when the counter 5 has counted first, a timer 3 is instructed so as to start to measure an apparent manufacturing time. An operator 1 simultaneously fetches the number of 3 counters at a constant interval of period by the timer 3, and derives the number of unthrowin-in materials Ii. The derived number Ii is indicated on an indicator 7. A worker throws in the material 8 until a value indicated by the throwing-in port 13 attains ''0'', in accordance with the number Ii indicated by the indicator 7. |
