PURPOSE:To achieve reuse through efficient removal of non-magnetic substance, by introducing a recovered developing agent in a filter, by use of a device arranging a plurality of magnetic poles cylindrically via a non-magnetic cylindrical member opposing to a mesh filter member of cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of a cylindrical mesh filter 1 is opened, and the filter with the same mesh as the circumferential wall of the cylinder 1 is given to the bottom, non-magnetic cylindrical member 2 surrounding the filter 1 is located and a plurality of magnetic poles are arranged longitudinally and cylindrically 3 at the outside of the member 2 (vertically or diagonally). The recovered developing agent (magnetic toner) T is entered in the upper opening of the cylindrical filter 1 and the magnetic pole cylinder 3 is rutned toward the arrow. The developing agent T is dropped while being rotated along the filter 1 and recovered through the meshes and non-magnetic foreign material such as fiber of copy paper and caked developing agent are left on the filter 1. Thus, the development agent which can be reused, can easily be achieved. |
