PURPOSE:To eliminate post-treatment of a coil by emitting strong ultraviolet rays to the surface of the coil while supplying resin having a property of polymerizing and curing by the emission of the ultraviolet rays on the surface of strand or coil in the course of winding the coil. CONSTITUTION:A winding jig of a coil 6 mounted on a takeup shaft 5 is rotated at a high speed by a drive unit 7, and a strand 3 is aligned and wound on the jig. On the other hand, resin 10 having a property of polymerizing and curing by the emission of ultraviolet rays from a nozzle 9 of an injection unit 8 is injected to the surface of the strand 3 immediately before winding or of the coil 5 during winding, the ultraviolet rays are simultaneously emitted to the surface of the coil 5 by a lamp 12 to secure the coil 5. In this manner, the loss of time and the post-treatment while the jig is mounted can be eliminated, thereby obtaining a miniature coil in excellent mass productivity. |
