PURPOSE:To reduce the inductance in the inside of a generator by making discharge form as non-inductive folded structore. CONSTITUTION:Discharge tubes connected to each interstage of capacitors 1-1- 1-3 connected in parallel with a DC power source through charging resistors 3 are provided by facing each other. The phase facing interval length of each discharge tube is made as a discharge interval to permit series discharge for each capacitor 1-1-1-3. At that time, the discharge form of the series discharge is made as non-inductive folded structure. In this way, discharge loop at interstage experienced in conventional technology can be dissolved and the length of a discharge circuit can also be shortened to reduce the inductance in the inside of a generator. |
