The connection of the mitre cut or planed profiled frames on profiled frame structures, in particular of cover frames, for window, door and wing frames and cladding panels comprises per connecting point at least one wire-shaped element, which lies or is clamped between the profiled webs on the inside of the cover frames and engages or is clawed firmly into the latter in such a manner that the joined frame parts hold tightly together motionless at the joint, the element itself depending on the requirement having uniformly or alternately a round, edge-shaped or flattened wire cross section and a rectilinear, corrugated, pinched or notched form or surface and being bent at least in one plane.
