PURPOSE:To facilitate producing goods without variation of characteristics, by arranging a tube consisting of insulating materials along the passage of the winding of a magnetic head core and providing the winding through this tube. CONSTITUTION:Core pieces 1 and 2 are abutted to each other to obtain a magnetic head core 3 where a winding groove 4 and a magnetic gap (g) are formed. Tubes 5 consisting of nonmagnetic materials are inserted through the winding groove 4 and intersect with each other along the passage of a winding and are arranged in an X-letter form and are fixed to each other through an adhesive or the like. One end of the tube 5 is defined as a start point S of a winding C, and the winding C is inserted through tubes 5 alternately and is wound prescribed times into an 8-shape shown in Fig (A) and is terminated at a final point F. By this winding, tubes 5 are used as guides to facilitate the winding work, and the winding work is completed in a short time, and characteristics of goods are stabilized. |
