<p>PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic, by providing a tape guide having collars equally spaced in the upper stream and the lower stream of a magnetic head, which goes and returns approximately vertically to the running direction of a magnetic tape, and positioning these tape guides independently of the magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 3 is inserted to a window 1b of a cassette half 1 to record and reproduce sounds. Tape guides 28a and 28b are inserted as one body equally apart from the magnetic head 3 in both sides of the magnetic head to this window 1b. These tape guides are stood in parallel and fixedly on a table 26b of a reverse L-shaped member 26a, which is formed in the side of the cassette half 1 of an attaching member 26, and are cylindrical approximately and have collars 29 and 29 in upper and lower end parts, and the length of their cylindrical parts is equal to the width of a tape approximately. Thus, a head mount 4 to which the magnetic head is fixed and the attaching member 26 where tape guides 28a and 28b are stood are positioned independently of each other, and the angle of winding of the tape becomes wider, and the running system is stabilized independently of the precision of the cassette half, thus improving the characteristic.</p> |
