<p>PURPOSE:To widen a load-dispatching operating region by a method wherein water level correction is added to a higher value of either of a load-dispatching command or flow rate when a pondage water level exceeds a high setting value and to a lower value of either of the load-dispatching command or flow rate when the pondage water level falls below a low setting value and the value is used as a generator output desired value. CONSTITUTION:When a pondage water level H locates between a high setting value Hh and a low setting value Hl, both comparators 21, 22 do not work. Therefore, a load-dispatching command Po becomes a generator output desired value Po'. When the water level H reaches the high setting value Hh or over, the comparator 21 operates and a signal correcting a higher signal PH of either of the load-dispatching command Po fed from a high value priority circuit 20 or the MW converted value Pi of inflow Q1 by a water level correction portion H2 fed from a proportional device 24 is used as the generator output desired value Po'. When the water level H is below the low setting value Hl, a signal correcting the output PL in a low value priority circuit 23 by the water level correction portion H2 fed from the proportional device 23 is used as the generator output desired value Po.</p> |
