PURPOSE:To distinguish each recording part of a recording surface precisely by delaying an input data by one line, detecting the input of a data during the delay time and recording starting marks corresponding to one line at least prior to the recording corresponding to the input data. CONSTITUTION:The titled printer is provided with a data input detecting circuit 4, a signal processing controlling circuit 5 controlling the driving of a motor M, a head driving circuit 6 for driving a recording head 2, etc. A transmitted data DATA is processed by the circuit 5 and, during a data DATA' is delayed for one line, a start mark signal SMS is sent from the circuit 4 to the circuit 6. Starting marks corresponding to one line are recorded on a recording paper 1 fed to the head 2 and then only one line of the recording paper 1 is shifted by a one line shifting command from the circuit 5. A data DATA' delayed by one line in the circuit 5 is applied to the head driving circuit 6 and the recording corresponding to the input data is performed in every line. |
