PURPOSE:To offer a brake mechanism with large braking effect and less winding load, by providing a rocking lever and rotating plate rotating in interlocking with the operation of a shutter curtain on the same rotating shaft and providing a friction plate at both upper and lower side of the rotating plate. CONSTITUTION:A front curtain brake shaft 16 is provided with a front curtain rocking lever 12 and a front curtain rotating plate 19 freely ratatably, and a ratchet 19a is meshed with a ratchet lever 13 provided on a shaft 14 of the lever 12. The rotating plate 19 is depressed from upper and lower with a front curtain fixed plate 17 and a front curtain friction plate 18 and friction force is given. The similar construction is also provided for a rear curtain. With this constitution, when a front curtain shaft 6 turns toward the arrow with release operation, a lever 9 swings right and the lever 12 swings left, and the rotating plate 19 swings left and braking is made with a friction plate 18. At charge, the plate 19 is charged without rotation and almost no winding load is obtained. Thus, a brake with large braking effect and less winding force can be achieved. |
