PURPOSE:To take in and out a sample safely without intercepting the power source of an X-ray tube, by interlocking a shutter provided between a sample room and a spectral room with the cover board of taking-in and out opening of the sample room. CONSTITUTION:A link 33 is drawn to an arrow mark f direction by rotating a driver 19 to an arrow mark (d) direction and an X-ray window 11 is shut by shutter 13. During this motion, an edge of a Geneva gear 25 is brought into sliding contact with a discoidal protuberant part 22 and a sample opening 12 is kept at a closed condition. A pin 20 is insterted into a groove of the gear 25 and the gear 25 is rotated in an arrow mark (g) direction by rotating the driver 19 to the same direction moreover. Consequently, a link 29 is moved to an arrow mark (h) direction and a cover board 14 is rotated in an arrow mark (e) direction and then, the opening 12 is released. Accordingly, a sample 10 is put in and out by stopping the driver 19 in this condition. Hereby, it can be prevented surely to leak externally X-rays radiated from an X-ray source through a sample room. |
