摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an entire bit error rate property when performing inner code decoding of a spatially coupled LDPC code and outer code decoding of a BCH code or the like on concatenation encoded data which are encoded using an inner code of the spatially coupled LDPC code and an outer code of the BCH code or the like.SOLUTION: A transmission device 1 which performs concatenation encoding processing comprises a bit interleave part 12 between a BCH encoding part 11 which divides data of a transmission object and performs encoding on the divided data while using the outer code of the BCH code or the like and an SC-LDPC encoding part 13 which performs encoding while using the inner code of the spatially coupled LDPC code. The bit interleave part 12 performs bit interleave by rearranging bits of the BCH encoded data in such a manner that bits of one piece of encoded data are distributed to a region of the other encoded data, for each piece encoded data generated by the BCH encoding part 11 in accordance with a predetermined rule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
