A hinge is made as an integral injection moulding of the same plastic material in a mould in which the complete hinge, including the strap with two eyes and the 'T' with the two swivel pins are made in one shot. The bores in the two eyes of the strap are designed as a through hole. The mould includes sliding bars which form the bores and the clearances between them and the two Tee pins. Two more sliding bars create the air gap between the Tee and the two inside faces of the eyes. After the injection moulding operation all sliding bars are extracted. This produces a useful hinge simply and at low cost. PS.
