Consequently, a TR1 turns on and the DC-DC converter circuit 4 of a strobe 2 operates to charge a main capacitor C1. When a pilot lamp Ne turns on in response to the completion of the charging, a TR2 turns on and the TR3 turns off to release the locking of the locking circuit 3, turning off the warning lamp W.
