PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles at printing by closing the thermal contracting factor of a black image section and a pink background, by heating and fixing with an infrared ray heater having >=2mu peak wavelength of the wavelength distribution. CONSTITUTION:In an electronic photographic offset printing plate, original paper reinforced with wet processing coated with an electronic photographic sensing layer made of a ZnO insulating resin binder is generally used. Thus, the background is pink and image is fixed in a black state. In this case, heating and fixing is made with an infrared ray heater having >=2mu peak wavelength of the wavelength distribution so that the thermal contraction rate for the background and the image black part can be closed together. |
