The spray mouthpiece comprises a casing rotatably fitted on a pin which has an aperture for the feed of water under pressure. The casing contains drilled-out channels, some of which are inclined forwards and others inclined backwards. The channels are also inclined peripherally or tangentially, but those at the front are directed in an opposite direction to those at the rear. Reaction forces from flowing water rotate the casing in the same direction as the front jet flow.
