PURPOSE:To evenly stic the whole surface of a soft sheet without creases by filling out a sheet formed of flexible substance with a fluid to form an elastic pressing portion and bringing the pressing portion into contanct with the sticking surface to apply force from the center outward. CONSTITUTION:A fluid is flowed between the inner surface of a sheet 5 and a basic plate by a pipe 7, and the sheet 5 is filled out hemispherically by pressure corresponding to the status of a sheet 11 to be sticked to form an elastic pressing portion 8. Then, a sliding shaft 1 is lowered to bring the center of the elastic pressing portion 8 into contact with the center of the sheet 11, and further the sliding shaft 1 is lowered to gradually expand the part to be pressed outward, whereby no creases and air bubble will be caused, and the sheet 11 is sticked to the lower sheet 10. |
