PURPOSE:To save energy and to improve one's living environment by a method wherein vent ports are provided on both ends, and a heat exchange duct is provided at the middle, of a heat insulating duct, vent ports are provided on both ends of the heat exchange duct and ventilating layers are provided between the heat insulating duct and the heat exchange duct so that one's house is constantly ventilated by a natural wind. CONSTITUTION:When a wind blows in the direction from a vent port 5 attached with a strong wind prevnetive valve to a vent port 6 attached with a strong wind preventive valve, the pressure of the wind is applied on the windward vent port 5 and the open air flows into a space 16 under the roof of the house through a vent port 3, a duct 9, a vent port 15, a ventilating layer S2 within the heat exchange duct 8 and a vent port 13. On the other hand, a negative pressure generates on the side of the leeward vent port 6 and the open air entered the house is discharged outside from the vent port 6 through a vent port 14, a ventilating layer S1 within the heat insulating duct 7, a vent port 16, a duct 10 and a vent port 4. |
