A device for cutting out ensilage comprises a vertical shaft (1), an arm (4) journalled on the shaft, a cutter blade (6) fastened to the outer end of the arm (4), and an operating cylinder (2) connected at its outer end to the arm (4). A notch disc (9) is rigidly connected to the upper part of the shaft (1), and a guide means (13), such as a plate, is rigidly connected to the arm (4). A turning piece (8) is pivotably journalled in relation to the arm (4), and a reversing member (17 to 20) is connected between the turning piece (8) and the guide means (13). Every time when the arm (4) arrives at its upper dead centre, it turns by the effect of the pivoting of the turning piece (8), by a certain angle in one direction around the shaft (1) and, when the reversing plate (17) meets a stop member (16), it correspondingly starts turning in the opposite direction. <IMAGE> |
