PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by allowing a user to operate an intended wind direction plate by the user selecting a schematic diagram of a wind direction plate of a remote controller corresponding to a wind direction plate of an indoor unit just as the user sees, without the user being conscious of association of the actual wind direction plate and the schematic diagram of the wind direction plate displayed on the remote controller.SOLUTION: A remote controller 4 includes: azimuth angle detection means for detecting and outputting a current azimuth angle; and wind direction plate instruction means for wirelessly transmitting an operation azimuth angle and a selected selection wind direction plate number, when a wind direction plate selection operation is performed by a user. An air conditioner includes: storage means in which an installation azimuth angle of an indoor unit 5 is stored in advance; wind direction plate identification number extraction means in which the operation azimuth angle and the selection wind direction plate number are inputted, and corresponding to an angular difference between the installation azimuth angle of the indoor unit and the operation azimuth angle, which extracts a wind direction plate identification number for identifying the wind direction plate which becomes an operation object out of the selection wind direction plate numbers; and wind direction plate control means for controlling an angle of the wind direction plate corresponding to the extracted wind direction plate identification number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
