PURPOSE:To provide the titled additive capable of improving the stability and fluidity of a coal-oil mixture, by mixing a polyalkyleneimine (derivative) having a specific number of nitrogen atoms with a polyether compound having a specific molecular weight and added with an alkylene oxide. CONSTITUTION:The objective additive is prepared by mixing (A) a polyalkyleneimine (e.g. polyethyleneimine) or its derivative (e.g. reaction product with aldehyde or ketone) having preferably 9-100 nitrogen atoms, with (B) a polyether compound added with an alkylene oxide (preferably block copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide) and having a molecular weight of preferably 10,000-300,000 (preferably, the content of ethylene oxide is 10-50wt%). EFFECT:Addition of the additive to a coal-oil mixture enables the storage of said mixture at high temperature for a long period.
