PURPOSE:To reduce a frictional loss at ends of vanes by forcing a rotor to make orbital revolution around the axis of a shaft inside a cylinder so as to reduce the relative sliding speed between vanes and the cylinder surface. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft 1 is turned in the direction (n), the center axis B-B of the crank 1a of a shaft 1 turns eccentrically by D from a turning axis A-A of the shaft 1. At this time, the center axis B-B of a rotor 2 is turned in the direction (n), however, both ends of respective vanes 3a, 3b of the rotor 2 are restrained by parallel faces 4a-4a, 4b-4b of a cylinder 4 so that the rotor 2 is inhibitted from turning on its axis and allowed to make orbital revolution in the direction (n). Because of said reason, the vanes 3a, 3b slide on the cylinder 4 at a reduced speed, thereby reducing a frictional loss at the ends of the vanes 3a, 3b. |
