PURPOSE:To measure the amount of leakage simply, by providing a means for imparting the same gaseous pressure in an object to be measured and in a reference tank, and proving a pressure difference detector and the like which detects the pressure difference between said object to be measured and the reference tank as an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:The measuring device is provided with the reference tank 11 whose pressure is compared with that of the object to be measured 12 to obtain the difference, and the means for imparting the same pressure in the object to be measured 12 and the reference tank 11. For example, a 3 way valve 14 is turned to the side of a pressure reducing valve 10, and 2 way valves 18 and 19 are opened. Then the same air pressure P1 which is set by the pressure reducing valve 10 can be imparted in the reference tank 11 and in the object to be measured 12. The amount of leakage VL of the object to be measured 12 is displayed on a leakage amount display 32 by the pressure difference detector 21 as an analog or digital value. Thus the amount of leakage can be simply measured even for the different objects to be measured. |
