PURPOSE:To contrive the simplicity of assembly process, by directly mounting a solar battery on an LSI package for the constitution on a monolithic module. CONSTITUTION:A conductive pattern W is provided on the LSI package P in which an LSI chip C is fitted to a lead terminal R by a bonding wire BW with the solar baattery SB mounted thereon. This is connected to lead terminals Ra, Rb by the lead wire RW to form a monolithic module with the solar battery and LSI. Thus, a solar battery mounting substrate and wiring between the solar battery and LSI are unnecessary to simplify the constitution and the assembly process of an electronic equipment with a solar battery. |
