PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes by a method wherein grooves for holding duct pieces are provided at the side plates of a spool and the duct pieces are inserted in the grooves for holding after forming an inside coil, and an outside coil is formed on the duct pieces to harden a resin impregnated material. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 4, 5 having radiant grooves 13 are installed at both side faces of a drum 12 to form a spool. Next, after winding an unhardened resin impregnated fiber reinforcing material around a drum 12, an inside coil conductor is wound. Furthermore, the resin impregnated fiber reinforcing material is wound on the inside coil conductor and an inside coil is formed by alternately repeating the above procedure while winding by the predetermined number of turns. Next, after radially inserting duct pieces 17 in the grooves 13 of the side plates 4, 5, the resin impregnated reinforcing material is wound and an outside coil is formed by winding the outside coil conductor by the predetermined number of turns on the resin impregnated reinforcing material like the inside coil. The outside coil is heated while installing the side plates 4, 5 and after hardening the resin impregnated reinforcing material, a mold coil is completed by removing the side plates. In this way, the number of manufacturing processes of the mold coil having ducts can be reduced. |
