PURPOSE:To enable the access operation for write-in and readout of information independently at both sides of one magnetic disc, by giving the access mechanism corresponded to the magnetic surface of both the sides of flexible magnetic disc enclosed. CONSTITUTION:The access mechanism 35 to one magnetic surface of the magnetic disc 1 and the access mechanism 36 to another magnetic surface are of the same constitution and shape. The pad 23 and the magnetic head 20 of each access mechanism are located in opposing position, they clip the magnetic disc from both the sides to keep the contact between the magnetic head 20 and the magnetic surface of one side of the magnetic disc. The magnetic head of the mechanism 35 and the pad of the mechanism 36 are on the same magnetic surface of the magnetic disc 1, and they are located in axial symmetry to the center shaft 37 of the hole 2 of the jacket 3. Each access mechanism is independently controlled with the control function for two sets of small sized disc units of this type. |
