PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a magnet roll and to improve productivity by forming the cross section of a magnet into a shape conforming to the lines of magnetic induction between magnetic poles and the cross section of a core bar into the shape conforming to the lines of magnetic induction on the inner side of the magnet. CONSTITUTION:A core bar 4 which is a shaft of a magnet roll consisting of a magnet contg. a magnetic material and a high polymer compd. and a core bar is formed into the shape conforming to the lines of magnetic induction, and the outside circumferential part of the magnet roll is formed into the shape conforming to the lines of magnetic induction with forming molds 5, 6, whereby excess parts can be removed. In a roll of a particularly large diameter, its weight is reduced more by using a core bar made of aluminum. |
