PURPOSE:To save manpower in mooring operation, by inputting voice into a voice recognition controlling device, moving a tow line fixing and releasing movable body, and controlling a driving device for a winch and the like. CONSTITUTION:Voice is inputted to a voice recognition controlling device 12 from an operator's microphone 13. A hydraulic pump 10 and a directional control valve 11 are controlled by the output signal of the device 12, and a cylinder device for moving the fixing and releasing movable body for the tow line 6 and a hydraulic motor 9 for the messenger wire winch 7 are controlled. Namely, the hydraulic cylinder 26 is extended at first through the microphone 13, the movable body 16 is brought to an upright attitude, and the messenger wire 8 is handed to the tugboat 5 from the winch 7. An eyesplice 6a of the tow line 6 is fixed to a wire 8 on the tugboat 5. Thereafter the winch 7 is wound and the wire 8 is lifted up to an upper deck 3. Only one operator can perform the necessary work for mooring operation and the manpower can be saved. |
