The patch for protecting a tooth comprises: an adhesive sheet (10) containing an adhesive ingredient so that it may adhere to the outer surface of an individual tooth (2) in the form corresponding thereto; a nutrient supplying sheet (30) stacked on the adhesive sheet (10) and containing a tooth nutrient ingredient; a release controlling sheet (20) disposed between the adhesive sheet (10) and the nutrient supplying sheet (30) and including a rapid release layer or sustained release layer to control the release of the nutrient ingredient of the nutrient supplying sheet (30); a decoration sheet (40) stacked on the nutrient supplying sheet (30) and having a colored layer or patterned layer for decorating the appearance of the individual tooth (2); and a transparent coating sheet (50) stacked on the decoration sheet Z(40) to protect the decoration sheet (40).
