PURPOSE:To enhance the moisture proof and resistance, by a method wherein a magnetic reluctance detecting piece is adhered on a non-magnetic substrate with a non-magnetic material package covering thereover to detect magnetic field via the substrate, and the magnetic reluctance detecting piece is not corroded by the air. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic reluactance detecting piece 2 having magnetic reluctant effect is adhered and formed on the central part of the substrate 10 which is constituted of a non-magnetic material without electric conductivity. A conductive part 11 and lead 12 for taking out the signal thereof are arranged on the sides opposite to a forming surface with a frame-shaped lead support 13 by adhesion. The magnetic reluctance detecting piece 2 and conductive part 11 are electrically connected by a gold bonding wire 14. The concave package 15 is adhered to the surface forming the wire 14. Thus, a magnetic reluctance detecting piece is contained in a casing constituted of the substrate 10 and package 15 being shut off the air to prevent the corrosion by moisture. |
