PURPOSE:To prevent the disturbance of picture at the upper part of screen, by using a signal corresponding to a vertical synchronizing signal as a switching signal and starting with a prescribed signal at all times at the upper part of picture, in a titled azimuth recording system. CONSTITUTION:A reproduced video signal applied to an input terminal 1 is switched into the original reproduced video signal and a delayed reproduction video signal with a switching detection signal H from a switching detection signal generating circuit 11. In the circuit 11, a reset pulse is supplied from a reset pulse generating circuit 13 to a 1/2 frequency division circuit 10 and reset is made to obtain a specified signal state at the upper part of picture at all times. Thus, the horizontal synchronizing signal interval can be kept constant with a specified relation and the disturbance of picture can be eliminated. |
