PURPOSE:To stick an exact magnetic pattern, by using a water-based emulsion resin as a main binder, forming said resin on a tape base at the lowest film forming temperature or below, obtaining a reversion-sticking magnetic tape, and heating, reversing and sticking it at said temperature above. CONSTITUTION:A water-based emulsion resin whose lowest film forming temperature is >=35 deg.C is used as a binding material of a magnetic pigment 2 having coercive force of >=200Oe, a coating material containing an interfacial active agent for dispersing the pigment 2, a defoaming agent, etc. is applied on a base tape 1, is dried at a film forming temperature or below, and a reversion-sticking tape is obtained. A magnetic layer is placed on a base body 4 such as a cash card, etc., and this tape is heated and is brought into press-contact with said layer at the lowest film forming temperature or above by a heating press plate 5 having a desired pattern. An emulsion resin particle 3A becomes a film 3A, and when the base 1 is peeled off, the magnetic pattern is reversed and stuck on the base body 4 exactly. The magnetic layer of the base body 4 and the unhardened part is removed completely. |
