<p>The profile has an upper I-section part (33) and a lower part with a horizontal central section and a pair of lateral channel-section wings (48). A lower wing (42) which extends from the upper part includes a pair of downwardly diverging wings (44) between which extends a tongue (45). The upper and lower parts of the profile are joined by an intermediate element (46) which has a base section (56) from which depend two branches (57). The branches are notched along the inside edges and these notches cooperate with complementary notches on the edges of the channel-section wings, to retain them. The upper surface of the base section has a channel (53) formed in it with a pair of tongue resilient flanges which engage the upper part of the profile.</p> |
