PURPOSE:To decrease mutual influence of electric force lines and to heighten measuring accuracy, by attaching hot electrodes for high frequency voltage impression and an earth electrode corresponding to said electrode to each arm of a pair of nipping electrodes and shifting the positions of the hot electrodes mutually. CONSTITUTION:Nipping arms 12a, 12b consisting of a pair of insulators are attached to the end part of a handle grip 11 of a probe 10 freely openably and closably and these arms 12a, 12b are made to be capable of carrying out opening and closing operation by an operation means 13 such as a push button, etc. Small-diameter hot electrodes 14a, 14b for applying high frequency voltage and long rod-shaped earth electrodes 15a, 15b opposite to each other with the hot electrodes in-between, are attached on the nipping face of each arm. The electrodes 14a, 14b of both arms 12a, 12b are provided at the position having a shift mutually in order to avoid mutal influence of electric force lines generated from both electrodes directly. Hereby, the electric force line toward the earth electrode is increased and an arrival depth of the electric force line is made difficult to have influence of a nipping space and then, an accurate measurement is made possible. |
